Surgeons Versus Shamans

I always thought the plural of 'shaman' was 'shamen'-turns out it's not.  You learn something new everyday...

Matt suggested 'Doctors Versus Shamans' which I tweaked into the above cartoon...hope that's ok, Matt!

Well, it's the end of another year and 2014 was quite a year for Versus and my artwork in general;  two conventions under my belt, meeting fans face-to-face for the first time, getting hired to work on Titan Defender Pushka...so much has happened and it's been a blast.  I have some big plans for 2015-some are in motion right now, others are going to take some time, but all of them are pretty exciting.  Naturally, I'll keep you all up to date here, as well as on the official Facebook page and my Twitter feed.

So, to all of you guys, have a great New Year's Eve-have fun, be safe and I hope 2015 is a great year for all of you.

Artists Versus Businessmen

Well, I had a great time at Ipswich Master Con.  The first time my home town has put on a comic convention and the turnout was incredible.  So many people turned up and it was an absolute pleasure to meet all the fans that came to my table.

This table, to be precise.

Thanks to everyone who came and had a chat and to those who bought some of my postcards and prints.  It was so nice to meet you all.  From what I understand, there will be another one and I'll definitely visit again!

Whilst I was there, I did do a couple of quick sketches:

After I finished for the day, I received some photos from a couple of people who bought some of my pieces and they were kind enough to show me how they've displayed them!

Again, thank you so much to everyone who came and saw me-you guys are the best!

Fanboys Versus Sports Fans

It's Ipswich Master Con this Saturday and I'll be there with a selection of Versus goodies for sale!

I'll have my high-quality prints, produced by the fine folk at Carbon Creative Arts: I have loads to sell loose, and five framed and signed editions too.  I've also got a small selection of postcards-emphasis on the 'small' though-once they're gone, they're gone!  I'm also raffling off the first ever Versus, Pirates Versus Zombies.  Again, it's framed and signed, so, if you want it, come down and buy a ticket! I may have a couple of other framed editions too, I'm just deciding which ones to have.
