Toddlers Versus Spies

There are some jobs where a 'take your child to work' day just wouldn't be suitable; spy, obviously due to the need to be quiet; surgeon, what with the need to concentrate and all the blood; and tax collector, because, come on, you want your child to see how evil you truly are?

Have a great weekend!

Toddlers Versus Health & Safety Inspectors

Today's cartoon is the first in a new mini-trilogy, featuring toddlers-which seems appropriate as I was at Titchy Con on Saturday, which was a convention aimed at younger fans.

The convention was a lot of fun, thanks to everyone who made the day possible and to all who attended.  I managed to get some photos of the day, first up my table:

A shot of the rest of the room (and Darth Vader).

And me at my table whilst my sister peruses the various prints and postcards I had on offer...and no, I don't know why I have such a strange look on my face.

Thanks to Matt Day for providing the last two photos!

Enjoy!

Step-Parents Versus Parents

Being a step-parent myself, I've had to deal with the above parent's question a few times...and I imagine I'll be dealing with it some more over the course of my life.  I go with the step-parent in today's cartoon: if I can love a child that isn't my own as if it were, then, technically, aren't I really living up to what being a parent really means?

Anyhoo, I'm at Titchy Con tomorrow! So, if you live in Ipswich or the surrounding area (and if you don't, don't use that as an excuse!), come down and say hello!  I'll have my limited edition prints from Carbon Creative Arts, brand new postcards, and super-limited framed, signed prints for sale!  Look forward to seeing everyone!

Enjoy!
