Star Wars Fans Versus Trekkies

Now that I think about it, is there a term for Star Wars fans? Star Trek fans are called Trekkies, so are Star Wars fans...Warsies?

So, on Friday, the great Leonard Nimoy unfortunately passed away.

However, it seemed people were far more interested in the colour of a dress.  At one point, 'The Dress' was trending higher on Twitter then Nimoy was, which I think is a bit sad really.
